Wood n Garden is delighted to announce that they are now suppliers of wooden garden timber chalets, cabins and offices. They are delivered flat pack to your home for self erection. The delivery of your cabin/chalet/office will take approximately 5 weeks from time of order as these are made only to order.
All prices below are inclusive of delivery. At this time, we are unable to offer a home delivery service to Scottish Highlands, but no Scottish Islands. Sorry.

Our range of wooden garden Leisure Cabins offer the ideal solution when planning an extension to your home. Made from Pan European Forestry Council (PEFC) certified timber (this applies to the Bern, Luzern and Geneve), all floors, walls and ceilings have tongue and groove construction. The cabins have an impressive wall thickness between 28mm (Arosa, Bern & Luzern), 34mm (Geneve), and 40mm (Vernier), and are attractively finished inside so are well suited for use as a gym, office, sauna or a play-house for young and old.
Cabins are made to order and will take approximately 5-6 weeks to be delivered to your home for self-assembly. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT and Home Delivery. Please see below for more details on specifications and advice.

A Versatile Solution
When ordering the Bern, Luzern and Geneve timber garden cabins you have the option to add extra doors and windows and also the flexibility to add a veranda to create extra leisure space. All doors have a minimum height of 1.77m and all windows are opening. Safety glass is fitted as standard to the Bern, Luzern, Geneve and Vernier cabins. The Arosa Corner Cabin has perspex windows and doors.
Planning Permission
All our wooden garden cabins are under 4m high, therefore planning permission is not normally required, providing it is at least 5m from the main property and does not exceed more than 50% of the total garden area. If you are in doubt, live in a conservation area, or your home is a listed building, then it would be advisable to gain advice from your local Planning Department in advance of your purchase.
Building the Cabin
Following the simple instructions two or more fitters can usually erect a timber garden cabin within 1-2 days on a suitable concrete base. If you require to have your building constructed, then please contact us on 01738 860006 and we will endeavor to request an erection charge, which will be dependant on the cabin of your choice and your home location.
Quality of Materials
Made from the highest quality timbers, these wooden garden cabins are designed for long life. The doors and windows are glazed with safety glass, with the exception of the Arosa (windows and doors are perspex). The protective felt shingles on the roof, give an attractive and snug finish.
Treatment
All ground contact timbers are pressure treated. Due to the nature of their construction, the cabins are not pressure-treated. It is essential that after installation you apply a good quality preservative as soon as possible. This should be applied to all the timber buildings shown above.
