The Ordering Process
A member of the Wood n Garden team will call you to go over your order, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the products you wish to place on order, or any part of the ordering process.
If we call you and it is not appropriate to speak to you at that point, please let us know and we can make arrangements to speak at a more appropriate time.
If all is in order, payment will be taken by card payment. Please note, your order will not be processed until payment is made in full. Important, all card payment details taken will be shredded after your order is processed.
A receipt will be sent out in the postal system. On receipt of this, you should double check that we have ordered the correct items/quantity. Please also look at the contact telephone numbers taken.
Dependant on the product you have ordered, you will receive either a text or a phone call from the distribution company closer to the time of your order being dispatched. Please note, that each product has the approx order to delivery time stated individually.
If the text method is used by the distribution company, they will send you two texts. The first text will give you a provisional delivery date. You would then receive a second text
confirming that delivery will take place on the given date.
If the phone method is used by the distribution company, they will call you on either your home telephone number or mobile number to make delivery arrangements. If they cannot get a hold of you, they will leave a message on your ansaphone.
On receipt of your goods, it is important that you check over the goods on the day they are delivered. Any problems with the product must be reported by phone within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
