1) Wood n Garden are able to offer a Home Delivery Service available Nationwide (Mainland UK only) on all products that you see showing any HD Order Code.
Order time to delivery time will be approximately 3-28 working days dependant on your choice of product, what time in the season you place your order and your location. All prices noted in the HD Order Codes are inclusive of delivery. Please note, your products is more than likely to be flat pack for self-assembly.
We would request that you do not call us before the maximum delivery period, unless you have a special request regarding the delivery of your product(s).
Products with HDR, HDMM and HDG Order codes are delivered Nationwide (Mainland UK only) to your home for the price shown on the website.
These products are delivered directly to your home and the prices stated included delivery and VAT. We are able to have home deliveries organised to most areas in England, Wales and Scotland. There may be exceptions to extreme Highlands and unfortunately we cannot deliver to Islands (sorry), so call us if you fall within this category.
Products with HDI Order Codes can also be delivered to most areas in England, Wales and Scotland, with the exception of some IV codes - the following attract no additional carriage costs are :- IV1, IV2, IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54 and IV63. If your postcode fall in to the following categories, we may be able to deliver, but there will be an additional carriage charge:- IV41-IV51, IV55-56 - please call us on 01738 860006 or e-mail us by clicking this quick link stating your postcode and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as we can with the additional carriage charge appropriate to your postcode.

2) If your product has a WnG Order Code, you are able to pick up the product from stock at our premises in Glencarse, Perth, or if not in stock at that time, it can be picked up within 7-21 days (approx) from time of placing your order. We are able to make local deliveries within an approximate 50 mile radius of Perth, and a charge will be applied dependant on your area. We cannot deliver WnG products to anywhere out with a 50 mile radius of Perth (or a maximum drive time of 2 hours in any direction of Perth). Distance is at Wood n Garden's discretion. A delivery charge will always apply to any delivery made by Wood n Garden.
3) If you product has a TGB Order Code, then your timber garden building will be delivered and installed at your home for the price shown on the website (flat area MUST be prepared in advance of installation taking place). Please note these products are available to customers in SCOTLAND ONLY, and within an approximate 50 mile radius of Perth - we are able to offer this service slightly out with the 50 mile radius, for an additional delivery charge relevant to your area eg £30 is the additional charge for delivery of timber garden buildings to Aberdeen, Bearsden, Bieldside, Edinburgh, Hamilton, Irvine, Laurencekirk, Lochearnhead, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Prestonpans, Peebles, Stewartfield, Stonehaven, Westhill, West Linton. Inverness would be an addition £45 and MacDuff £50. * Distance is at Wood n Garden's discretion and we reserve the right to decline any delivery*.
All orders can be placed by calling us on 01738 860006, where your requirements will be discussed and processed, with payment being taken by card in full. You can also place an order by contacting us by e-mail (quick link for your ease e-mail/order. Please quote either the HDG/R/MM/I/F, TGB or WnG Order Codes. We are not able to take payment for products at time of placing your order by e-mail at present, but will call you within 48 hours to take payment after a discussion has taken place with regards to your order.
